Use Lightning Strikes (or the other spells in the sideboard, if needed) for early removal until you can play Experimental Frenzy
Once accomplished, proceed to valuetown.
* Can you play the top card of your library -> Do so
* Can't you? -> Tap a wand of Vertebrae to mill it off
* Don't want to mill something? (such as your second Frenzy) -> Jump-start an idea
* Second Land, etc? -> Wayward Swordtooth lets you play more than one in a turn
* Not the right mana left? -> Chromatic Lantern lets you tap your lands for any mana.
* Still somehow have nothing to do, but have another Frenzy in hand? Pop your existing Frenzy to make use of your hand again, which is probably very full at this point.
