Uh-oh, looks like someone forgot to make Sigardian Evangel
not-busted -- call it a clerical error? :D
The power of Evangel is that it conjures a copy of itself into your hand; although it gets discarded at the start of the next end step, this allows you to keep dropping Evangels as long as you have enough mana. At a base mana value of 2, it's stunningly easy to make it go infinite. Katilda, Dawnhart Prime
and Samut, Tyrant Smasher
allow each new Evangel to immediately tap for W. Either Herald's Horn
or Torens, Fist of the Angels
will take you the rest of the way (Horn with a 1 mana discount on Clerics, Torens by giving you another Human to tap for mana). Cathars' Crusade
makes each Evangel buff your entire board, while The Great Henge
and Beast Whisperer
draws you cards (because each conjured Evangel is a real card/spell, as opposed to a token). Oracle of Mul Daya
and Vizier of the Menagerie
help you power through your deck into your combo pieces, because there are admittedly a LOT of them. Righteous Valkyrie
keeps you alive in the meantime; Professor of Symbology
gives access to some useful lessons to smooth out the gameplan.
Once you've grown your board and hopefully managed to not deck yourself, Rally of Wings
to untap all of the Evangels you summoned and Samut-haste them in for the win!
