Let me explain what the general Idea is:
Win Conditions:
We disrupt everything the opponent throws at us and then wait for:
Vraska, Golgari Queen Ultimate - obviously.
or
Jungle Creeper - works surprisingly well especially against U/R control because it always comes back and you do not need to be afraid to cast it. Later on on you can lose it, get it back and cast it again in one turn. Other matchups might have Vraska's Contempt removing it. I never had someone remove all 3 though.
Spells/Creatures:
Cast Down, Chupacabra, Hieromancer's Cage and Cleansing Nova, remove everything that can kill us early. Unfortunately we almost never get to use the second effect of Cleansing Nova because of the bindings but it is the best board wipe right now.
Revitalize, Moment of Craving keep us alive against aggro and allow us to keep 2 Mana hands.
Plaguecrafter singergizes well with Jungle Creeper and helps us kill Planeswalker and Hexproof creatures.
Ixalan's Binding takes care of any recurring permanents we face. Early game targets like Ajani's Pridemate or the U/R Dragons are taken care of for (usually) the rest of the game.
Mana:
Manabase works pretty well, I almost never had to Mulligan, it was often possible to keep even two Mana hands since all card costs are fairly low.
Arch of Orazca seems random but there a times when you have to wait and it is a nice way to use unspent mana.
Detection Tower will take care of hexproof.
In MTG Arena it performed well against most decktypes I encountered although we have very few rares and mythics.
U/B Surveil decks with heavy discard and flash were a problem.
