I just wanted to recreate my original WUBRG deck from the early days of Magic.
This was the deck I used to play with when playing with 5 other friends, it was very much All versus All although on occasion we would play what we referred to as Allies.
In the Allies variant the players sitting to your left and your right could help when it came to Defence, you could ask them if they would help block an attack against you and they could ask the same of you if they were being attacked by a player. You could not attack one of your allies unless it came down to just the three of you left in the game in which it then bacame All versus All. Players were seated clockwise round the table based on a D6 die roll with the highest person taking their seat first, then the next highest sat next to them till everyone was seated, this helped to prevent pre-planned deck construction between players (not that this was ever an issue though).
