Basically, this is just a dimir rogue list that splashes red specifically for Robber, since it has such incredibly synergy with a rogue deck. Remember that any cards taken by robber can still be used later on a turn that *any* rogue attacks. This is still very much a work in progress, but initial results seem promising so far.
One of the biggest issues rogue/mill decks like this has is the prevalence of escape creatures like Uro. That's why there's 3 Cling to Dust main deck, and the 4th one side. If your opponent isn't using GY shenanigans, you can always use it in G1 to buffer your life or draw a card, even if there's no Uro-level target.
The sideboard is still pretty generic, since there's no defined meta yet. Everything there should be self-explanatory, I would think.
