Ramp with Artifacts.
Neutralize Commanders with Frogify, Witness Protection, Kasmina's, etc., or steal them with any number of the other spells.
Use Trophy Mage, Inventor's Fair, Whir of Invention, etc. to dig for Paradox Engine and Tome of the Infinite.
Spells conjured from Tome only cost one mana, when you cast the conjured spell Paradox untaps all Artifacts (including Tome) and you have infinite mana/replayability on your turn. Need a Swords to Plowshares? Just keep resetting the Tome until you get one. Need to pump a creature? Just keep going until you get Light of Hope or Giant Growth. Do this as many times as you like. Still have friends? You won't after playing this deck. If you have Lier down you can cast each conjured spell twice.
It's pretty disgusting.
