This is a budget deck for historic, likely not the best but it's a entry level deck with a infinite damage combo in it.
combo: have urabrask on the battlefield and ideally 1 spare mana (otherwise you'd have to go next turn and ris loosing the urabrask) have 2 spellchain scatter in hand (no need to pay the kicker cost) cast the first one then the second and keep coping them till the enemy dies, for each you cast urabrask gives you back1 red mana and deals 1 damage to the enemy.
pros: it's insanely cheap only 4 mythics and the rest is commons/uncommons
negatives: creature flooding with only common/uncommons could be hard (our best boardwipes without rares/mythics deal 2 damage max), although we could use urabrask's transformation to deal 3 damage if we are in danger. We also have a hard time dealing with counterspells and creatures that have 4+ thoughness.
upgrades: I wouldn't suggest upgrading this deck as, this is probably just a decent win-rate/low ranking deck to use while you accumulate rares/mythics to make something better but there's a few valuable options: 2/3 valakut awakening, anger of the gods/brotherhood's end/prismari command/molten impact, of these the real big ones are the boardwipes, molten impact.
