I'm generally pretty clueless when it comes to deckbuilding, and, as a rule, strongly recommend against using anything I make.
That said, I've had a lot of success laddering this deck in Historic. Also a ton of fun (and fairly cheap) to play paper with friends, and Pioneer legal.
