I started this from a decklist from mtgazone (Obosh Mono-Red)..
Really like the card Weaponize the Monsters and decided to make a deck centered to it..
Having Obosh as companion actually a "distraction" since opponent tends to save counterspell and removal for him. Leaving almost all our creatures resolved unquestioned.
I played this in Standard ranked (starting Silver 3) and quickly go to Gold 4. Recalled to wreck Temur Adventure, Simic Flash, Gyruda (whiff though) and Selesnya Auras in the way. I remember only 1 loss at that journey to Bant Ramp that able to resolve Uro for constant gain life.
In Gold 4, the competition getting harder with current records 1-2 loss against Lurrus, 1-2 loss against Control decks and notable close match againsts Selesnya March of Multitudes (Trostani is real)
From my analysis, this deck inherently lost to big power trample (such as Trampling Dinos) or heavy lifegain deck (unless Tibalt resolved on time).
Very rare I cast Obosh. Most of the time it is early hasty damage, then small chipping damage from unblockable Dodger and Gingerbrute. At t5-t6, boardstate normally enough to perform block, sac, shoot, rinse, repeat..
As a long time goblin tribal afficionado, Weaponize the Monsters really suitable for a goblin-cowardly-gamestyle. I consider to cut Obosh in favor for Forbidden Friendship mainboard, but then Obosh serves perfectly as a distractions.
