Intro
Mainboard cards are budget minded. Sideboard cards are optional.
Gameplay
- Dispose of your opponent's creatures. Don't worry if you lose alot of cards with early threats.
- Viashino Pyromancer deals 2 damage to your opponent when it comes into play, plus it can attack and block for you.
- Everytime you play Guttersnipe an instant or sorcery spell will automatically deal extra damage to your opponent.
- The Flame of Keld helps you draw cards and deals extra damage. Have zero cards in-hand when you play it, so you don't lose anything with the first ability.
- Lightning-Rig Crew is a blocker to help ward off early creatures. You can also tap it to deal damage directly to your opponent.
- Combine it with The Flame of Keld when it's last ability activates to do more damage.
- Casting another pirate spell untaps Lightning-Rig Crew. Make sure to use the ability before playing another one from hand.
- Sovereign's Bite is here for that extra turn. A little extra life could result in a win.
- You can use Phyrexian Scriptures
to clear the battlefield and prevent the opponent from (re)using his/her graveyard.
