Description

This deck is the faster, more streamlined, version of my Animar, The Borg Control deck on here.  The original Animar Borg deck is a little more of a fun deck, designed to mesh with my playgroup better, and less of a quick kill version... This version has a few more tutors, and more ways to go infinite with Tidespout Tyrantimage and Hullbreaker Horron.  While one in play can be devastating, both in play is GG (return every permanent to your opponents' hands), and this deck is streamlined to get both in play faster.  That being said, it's still a budget deck, so the lands on the list are cheap and easy to upgrade.  You can also upgrade to faster and more efficient ramp, but the budget options in here should suffice as is (13 ramp cards if you include Thieving Skydiverimage for stealing mana rocks [repeatedly], but this does not include Animar and it's cost-reducing effects).  In short, once Animar is in play with enough +1/+1 counters on it, you can cast colorless creatures for free, and with one of Tidespout or Hullbreaker in play, you can go infinite, casting and returning creatures to your hand endlessly, building up Animar, and then casting Xcc creatures with trample to wipe everyone out.  Crashing Drawbridgeimage can help with that, giving your freshly cast Xcc crits haste, but also doubling as a colorless creature to go infinite with if needed.  Aside from Tidespout and Hullbreaker there are seven other cards that can be used to return creatures to your hand in various ways so you can recast them to build up Animar and benefit from their ETB/morph effects.

Regarding card draw, and not including the Xcc crits with Ravenous (which can be cast/recast to draw cards if X = 5 or more) or cards that only draw you one card, there are 13 other ways to draw multiple cards... including cards with Ravenous or cards that only draw you one card, there are 21 cards that can/will draw you cards (it might seem like too much, but the faster you find Tidespout or Hullbreaker, the faster you win).

All of the artifact creatures that have draw/scry ETB effects can be used to go infinite and find the second Tidespout/Hullbreaker, then it's GG.

Fierce Empathimage and Brutalizer Exarchimage can tutor for one of Tidespout/Hullbreaker, then have it returned to your hand and cast again to find the other.  On top of that, Momir Vig, Simic Visionaryimage can tutor for one of them as well.  If you can cast Genesis Hydraimage for X = 8+ you can try and find a Tide/Hull, and then return it to your hand and try again if needed.  You can use Lukka, Coppercoat Outcastimage's -2 to search for them as well.  Signal the Clansimage and Threats Undetectedimage can likewise be used to search for both Tide and Hull, plus Fierce Empath and/or Brutalizer Exarch, ensuring your ability to search for a Tide/Hull and get it into your hand.

Laboratory Maniacimage and Dryad's Revivalimage are in there in case you're getting milled and miss the cards you need, giving you a last-resort wincon.  Turn the Earthimage is another flashback option to consider instead of Dryad's Revival, but you should be able to afford the 5cc of Dryad's Revival if you're close enough to getting milled to death.
