Learn more Download For WindowsThis version of the deck has been much more consistent. The Maximize Velocity has been a strong effect, swinging in for 6 after playing Ox feels very powerful. All the temples have been traded for 4 fabled Passage, the passages work very nicely with escape.
Kroxa has returned as a 1 of but I’m still not 100% on him, he is a good way to grind value against control, however it already feels like we are favored in a match vs counters/removal.
White life gain is a tough match up. Holding mana open is required for the first 2-5 turns. If you have a turn 1 stitcher and no shock you should play it, but most of the time you need to focus on answering threats until you can turn the corner on the them. Life gain is unfavored, but it is not unwinnable.
Red sources are the priority. If you have an opening hand of stitcher, mountain, swamp and blood crypt I almost always advise leading untapped blood crypt into stitcher and running mountain turn 2.
