Good old Abzan Control. It's my favorite color combo, and especially in control. This is somewhat more of a Superfriends build, if you will. I've done decently with it so far. 4/5 games won.
Objective is to control the board until you can overwhelm your opponents with planeswalkers such as Garruk, Cursed Huntsman
, and Nissa, Who Shakes the World
.
You can easily interchange some of the cards like Basilica Bell-Haunt
, Vraska, Swarm's Eminence
, and Plaguecrafter
for anything in the Maybeboard. I've seen a couple of really cool Abzan control builds centering more around Doom Foretold
. This particular build, was able to overcome the Doom Foretold version, however. ;)
