Totally lock out your opponent from playing ANYTHING.
Combo:
- Use Role Reversal to get it into the graveyard (doesn't matter what you use it on)
- Get Eyes Everywhere onto the field. Use its effect to exchange with something on the opponent's side of the field (doesn't matter what, just get it on their side of the field)
- Get Mystic Sanctuary, Experimental Frenzy and Grafdigger's Cage into your hand (you can use Karn to get the Cage from the Sideboard)

- Make sure you have enough to cast Role Reversal (Blue+Blue+Red) and Experimental Frenzy (3+Red) so you need 2 blue, 2 red and 3 of any other color. Chances are you will already have enough if you've been able to swap Eyes Everywhere with your opponent already (5+Blue)
- Play Mystic Sanctuary. Pick Role Reversal and put that on top of your Library
- Play Experimental Frenzy
- Play Role Reversal off the top of your Library (due to Frenzy). Exchange Experimental Frenzy on your side of the field with Eyes Everywhere on the opponent's side.
- Play Grafdigger's Cage
- Opponent is now locked. They cannot play anything from their hand (due to Experimental Frenzy). They cannot play cards from the Library (due to Grafdigger's Cage) and they cannot play anything from their Graveyard (also due to Grafdigger's Cage). They CAN play lands, however, and they CAN use effects of anything ALREADY on the field, including land effects.
- For good measure, use Storm's Wrath to wipe the field and use Soul-Guide Lantern to wipe out their graveyard, just in case they somehow have an answer.
