The aim of this deck is simple, build up a big mid-game flying creature presence and swing at your opponent's face. You really want to be finding either Empyrean Eagle or Archon of Sun's Grace on curve, both are brilliant. Once you have Archon of Sun's Grace on the board you want to be playing your enchantments on your flyers to not only buff their presence but also spam a load of 2/2 pegasus tokens.
Don't be afraid to play Staggering Insight on your cheap creatures like Healer's Hawk as the additional card draw will help you find the card you want.
Staple Cards
Deck Strengths
-The continuous ramage of flying creatures can be very tricky for your opponent to deal with
-Very strong against aggro decks, if playing to curve you can have an excellent success rate against anything that is aggressive
-Cards like Staggering Insight and Elite Guardmage can provide great card draw
Deck Weaknesses
-This deck can be pretty poor at recovering from a low land start. Most of the creatures have pretty weak base stats so falling behind on land can be hard to recover
-Although the deck offers good sustainability through lifelink, it really struggles to provide a presence in longer matchups, especially against control decks
Key cards to add
Heliod, Sun-Crowned - This will allow you to pose more of a late-game threat through the continuous counter buffs you'll be giving your flyers every time you gain life
Dream Trawler - No doubt the best flying creature in standard at the moment! If you build into this 6 mana beast then it can offer a great win condition. The ability to keep in on the board by discarding a card is great, it also adds to your card draw ability and let's not overlook the fact that it's a 5/5 lifelink flyer!
Brazen Borrower - This handy little flyer brings a little more control into the deck. The ability to bump cards back to hand can really slow down and stall out big threats or aggressive decks.
Lands - If you have any White/Blue duo lands then swap these out for the basic lands.
