This is basicly the commanders quarters version, im just gonna tweak it and see how it goes!
I love dragons and MTG letting me play with them is something I also love, main reason why I wanted to play with Niv-Mizzet Reborn.
The deck is done and it's very strong, added a few cards and exchanged a few others but the core is still the one from commanders quarters.
