First Tournament decklists post-Oko ban

What will the Meta look like with no Oko, Thief of Crowns? This and next week we are trying to get an answer to that question by hosting two large Standard Tournaments with Oko banned! Yesterday we held the first one and as expected we saw a lot of diversity in the decks. With 80 players, we are going to take a closer look at Top 16 in his article. Out of the sixteen decks, eight of them had green as one of the key colors in the main deck. Surprisingly no one was running Gilded Goose in the top 16.

1st. thenerdysteve

Steve took 1st place with BG Adventure, the wincons Liliana, Dreadhorde General and Vraska, Golgari Queen are the main wincons of this deck. Noxious Grasp in the mainboard paid off with only one deck in the top 16 not having any green of white cards in the main deck. If you have not played against Rankle, Master of Pranks yet, expect to see a lot of him when Oko leaves, he is a game stealer!

5th. Magicfeather

Aggressive but more like a midrange deck, Magicfeather went for an interesting inclusion with Oakhame Adversary, targeting green decks. Together with Adventure synergy, they were able to outvalue their opponents. A difficult deck to navigate with a lot of sideboard choices.
