I've played this deck since KND came out, and maintained a win rate in the mid to high 60s despite scooping aggressivly as a time saver in poor board states. Hundreds of games played with this deck.

This is a Budget Grinder list, which can be built with Zero Wildcards, from simple drafting of (Primarily) the KND set. Furthermore the deck requires no Rares, but several budget options are presented where applicable. Techincally this was a 2022 deck, but as 2023 never presented a viable budget RDW list, and this continues to shine and become even more refined. Recent changes to Standard promises this deck will continue to shine into the 2024 season which will be updated as a seperate list. It draws heavily from the 2023 NPE collection. It is a starting point, and as a Mono-Red deck, card selections are highly flexible and will easily adjust to your collection. You may be surprised at just how often Eater of Virtueimage will be relivent to the board state, making it an ideal artifact filler card from the NPE 2023 collection. Circuit Menderimage makes a decent alternate for those of you who may be a few cards short.

Brothers' War added a couple of exciting budget friendly additions to this deck, though I'm not sure how many 3 drops this deck really wants in the end. Mechanized Warefare is also worth considering if you have the card, but I'm not sure it's worth a wildcard at this point. Having tested these for more than a seaon now, I think Mechanical warefare is really the only one of these approaching top tier, but the others will make viable options for the 3 drop slot, if you don't have the better option mentioned below.

Mishra's Foundry is going to be a staple in any mono-color agro build, but I don't have any to test yet. I think it's just a question of what is the right number. Upon testing, I believe the correct number can be zero. If you have them, the deck runs fine with them, but I wouldn't consider spending wildcards on them for this list. That having been said, you may be surprised just how often you want RRR mana on turn three to flood the board, and fire off removal.

This is the cornerstone of the deck, which is all in on maximizing the value which it can generate. The growing threat, and early ward protection makes this a great Budget Build Around. I can't tell you how many people habe scooped to a second copy coming down on turn 3! Most of the other cards in the deck are artifacts, and the repeatable value of Reinforced Roninimage can not be oversold. High-Speed Hoverbike contributes to the artifact theme, while providing sudo evasion to other creatures and a faster evasive clock in it's own right. Crew it with a Rabbit Batteryimage, then attach it to the Hoverbike, and swing with a hasty 3 power. EoT the Hoverbike stops being a creature, Rabbit falls off and will untap at the begining of your next turn, ready to repeat the process. The Apprentice not only feeds the artifact theme, leaves behind a +1/+1 counter, but is also the perfect sacrifice for...

When it comes to removal, Red always has a lot of premium options. Voltage Surge is in the list because of clear synergy with the Artifact centered build I'm presenting. Play with Fireimage and Lightning Strikeimage are premium choices as they can target your opponent as well as their creatures. Both were also part of the NPE 2023 Collection, making the deck even more Budget Friendly. Shockimage is an Alchemy legal option from the mono-color NPE Collection, if you need to fill in the list in your early days on Arena.

These all make viable options in the top end 3-Drop slot and are pretty budget friendly in 2023. All 2023 players recieved a copy of Reckless Stormseeker // Storm-Charged Slasherimage in the NPE collection, while New Players received 2 copies. Squee, Dubious Monarchimage is a Budget Rare available in the JumpIn pack "Stempede" and is expected to remain available for the 2024 JumpIn season. Burn Brightimage is an Alchemy legal option if you need to fill in the list in your early days on Arena.

If you are looking for JumpIn pack evaluations, I put them out every season. https://planeswalkerstronghold.blogspot.com/p/mtg-arena-data-spreadsheets.html

image is my personal favorite option for the 3 drop slot at this time.

These are the only 2 non-artifact perminants in the list, but they fit the Red Rush strategy so well you'd be crazy not to run them if you can.
