A few thoughts:

• This deck is fast and interactive enough to race cEDH decks, while remaining as fair as possible. cEDH decks are still generally faster and more reliable if you want to win competitive commander events at a GP, which typically do not use the point system.
• This deck is not a budget deck but can be built on a relatively small budget if you replace most of the expensive lands and a few expensive spells. It will still work relatively well
• This deck contains mass land destruction, which is frowned upon in the casual EDH community (in general). It does this early on in the game to buy turns against potential sweepers. This deck loses pretty hard to board wipe tribal. Anyway, you can take out the MLD in favour of winter orb, if that is also too much for your play group you can add any of the many white cards that give mass indestructibility; however, that does not stop toxic deluge which is commonly played.

There are multiple and complex lines this deck has available to it. Your best games with a turn 1 mana dork. Heritage druid will allow you to often live in magical christmas land for a minute and dump your hand. It is bad to overextend if you don't have a plan to win the game or at least take out the control player (if there is one) rather quickly. We're also capable of durdling and remaining at parity (7 cards) if we can assemble wirewood symbiote and elvish visionary. wirewood symbiote + reclamation sage is also both useful and rather hilarious against some opponents.

Eternal witness works very well with eerie interlude or ghostways, as it can allow you to blink your entire board gain often relevent etb triggers and survive a board wipe sometimes crippling your opponents game plan. when eternal witness comes back she grants you your interlude back. In lieu of this we have heroic intervention and in an emergency creeping renaissance can let us start all over.
