Unlike other Dimir rogue decks with value engines like Slitherwisp, this deck's objective is to out tempo and destroy your opponent before Uro gains them an insurmountable advantage. Cards like Concerted Defense prevent opponent interaction with your board, and equipping a Mind Carver on your fliers is sort of like a 1 mana Demonic Embrace.
Currently I've played this deck from Diamond 2 to Mythic with a record of 18-9. It actually never lost to any Uro deck since those were too slow to do anything (and they usually lost by turn 5 due to having 0 board presence, and whatever stomps or scorching dragonfire getting picked off by Concerted Defense).
