Man, this deck is so fun! I threw it together on Arena with what I had, so feel free to make some adjustments with the lands in particular. (IE don't need Trimoe, Maybe add a temple if needed etc). Anyways, this deck is just so fun! (Did I say that already?).
You're going to case pretty much everything during your opponents turn. Use Ashiok's Erasure as a counterspell, essentially. Foiling whatever they want to play that game. Try to get a cutthroat out early, so that the spells you cast during your opponents turn cause it to grow bigger and bigger. Mystical Subdue was thrown in there to help control your opponents creatures. I found deathtouch (Vampire of the moon, etc) to be a pain with this deck, especially until you get Lochmere Serpent out. Lochmere Serpent is your failsafe. A 7/7 unblockable. And by the time you put him out, you should have ample land to sac and finish the game. This deck was built around Slitherwisp, although there are so many other mechanics that work so well.
All in all, a super fun deck to play. Got me quite a few wins off the bat as well.
