Modified monoblue tempo designed to be post-rotation friendly. Mostly replaces the cards that will be lost in rotation with something comparable. The one exception is my addition of one The Key to the Vault to the deck, but it is not necessary - feel free to remove it.
Most of the replacements are self explanatory, but Living Lectern may cause people to raise eyebrows. The reason for it is it can cover a variety of roles - early defender if something goes wrong, target for Retrofitter or Glyph in a pinch (though you should prioritize the evasion creatures for those), card draw and, perhaps most important, the Sorcerer Role token to be attached to a creature (again, preferably your evasion critters) which provides a small buff and, much more importantly, scry 1 everytime that creature attacks, letting you smooth out your next draws.
The only "combat trick" is essentially Shore Up, which can save one of your creatures from removal. Razzle-Dazzler can really shine in this deck since it is such low cost and you'll often trigger its ability even with just 3 lands in play. Similarly, Levitating Statue can replace High-Speed Hoverbike, and makes up for the lack of Flash by growing bigger everytime you cast another copy of it or one of the other 9 noncreature spells in the deck. It has Flying by default so even unbuffed it's a perfect target for Unctus's Retrofitter, or if all your artifact animation has been destroyed, you can pay 2 mana to animate it in a pinch as a 1/1.
Feel free to take this list and modify. I personally had a lot of fun with it, and it did get me to Platinum. but your mileage may vary.
