I love Velomachus Lorehold and of course i played it with Time Warp. Now i had to find new ways to take turns with Velomachus.
I already posted a deck around Velomachus and Chance of Glory.
This deck is build around Velomachus and Karn's Temporal Sundering. In order for it to work you also need Hall of Oracles or Light of Hope. Thant way you give Velomachus a counter what let's you cast Karn's Temoral Sundering.
With Forging the Tyrite Sword you can still pull of the combo on turn 4: Then you have 2 treasure tokens and 4 lands for casting Indomitable Creativity and putting a counter on Velomachus.
If i don't hit Temporal Sundering, i can hit maybe Mind's Desire. Or Mizzix's Mastery...
Before Time Warp got banned i already used this deck with Time Warp instead of Mind's Desire, i does'nt feel like thsi deck got much worse now. Mind's desire can be really op:)
Magma Opus fits nicely in more than one way.
I'm wondering if someone got a Velomachus deck where you can consistently put 2 counter's on Velomachus. Then you could include Alrund's Epiphany...
Pls let me know if you know such a deck!
