Still a work in progress, and maybe Veil should be side board, but with mono blue and esper being so popular on the ladder its been keeping me chugging along.
Tamiyo can help dump cards or bring back bones if you need to go right for a Agent instead of a Scholar.
I've played this with Dimir and Mardu, but this has been pretty successful for me as well.
