This deck came about while I was trying to make Invasion of Segovia work. Caetus is a ludicrous creature, and if you can find a way to take advantage of its strengths, it will win you the game. The base shell is izzet artifacts using siren and epicure to power up Schooner in order to get Caetus. Yotia declares war is an underrated card and really brings this build together by providing early removal and the power to attack the invasion. The stoke the flames are also a great finisher and remove the counters from the invasion instantly. I don't know if i should have added more counterspells in order to protect Caetus, but that's for you to decide. The reason I have the coveted falcons instead of the transcendant message or deduce for card draw is the initial creature from disguise is useful in the early game, and when you transform it. If you don't need some of your token artifacts, you can give them away. Trading most of your lands as well is really good because if you have Caetus, you kind of don't need them again. In my testing, i'm not really sure if Saheli fits but I spent those wildcards a long time ago and I finally found a use for Saheli so it goes in. You can make this deck budget friendly by cutting the falcons and Saheeli.
