NOTE TO SELF: add Virtue of Loyalty.  Add Pattern Matcher, which vibes with Brago's flickering (Citanul Flute and Assembly Hall serve a similar purpose at a higher cost per use).  Add Flesh Duplicate, at a minimum it's another Petitioner, but maybe you get to clone a Consecrated Sphinx, Jace's Archivist or Irregular Cohort; too good not to put in a Brago deck like this, which can flicker it to change what it copies, and reset the vanishing counters on it.  Horn of Gondor could be quite powerful in this deck, being able to use it twice per turn, and the vast majority of the creatures in the deck are Humans/changelings (31 out of 36 qualify), so consider adding it.  Also consider adding Minas Tirith Garrison, as it allows you to tap non-Advisor Humans for card draw, along with adding the one or two extra Persistent Petitioners you have that don't fit into a trio to tap for milling; then flicker with Brago to untap all of them.  Rick, Steadfast Leader is also super-powerful in any Human deck, so I can understand throwing him in there too.  Must add Nanogene Conversion.

First and foremost, Persistent Petitioners only care about tapping Advisors, which includes Changelings.  The overall count of Advisors and Changelings is 27, with Irregular Cohort making one extra (included).

A Brago mill deck really begs to have a range of powerful ETB cards in it, but the Persistent Petitioners theme makes a lot of other interesting cards into really strong cards with Brago at the helm.  As such, this is pretty well streamlined for the Persistent Petitioners, which meant leaving out some cards that would otherwise really deserve to be in it.  Maybe a few less Petitioners can work, while adding those other stronger options... you choose.

There are five Zendikar Rising flip-lands in the deck, so the land count is actually +5... which is 33 total atm.  There are also 8 mana rocks that specifically tap to add 2+ mana, and do not ETB tapped.  This is very intentional, primarily to allow Brago to go infinite with Strionic Resonator or Lithoform Engine (copy his triggered ability, then flicker and untap Strionic/Lithoform and a mana rock, use them to copy the Brago trigger still on the stack, rinse and repeat), and if the rock taps for 3+ mana you get infinite mana as well.

Illusionist's Bracers doubles the activated ability of the Persistent Petitioner it's equipped to, so every time you tap four of them through the equipped Petitioner, you copy it for free! 

Any card in here that makes everyone draw a card was intended to be used as a response to an opponent making a wincon move... with their spell on the stack, you will hopefully have all your Persistent Petitioners untapped (only use them right before your turn, or right before you can untap all of them again with Brago [etc], or use them as a threat/defense against opponent aggressions, etc), and if you can tap enough of them, and perhaps untap and re-tap all of them again, to the point of milling that opponent's library empty, if you can then make them draw a death card, all while their wincon is on the stack, they no longer win, or exist.  Because of this, you want to be milling the top threats at the table to try and keep them within reach of milling their library empty if needed.

Induced Amnesia can either be used on yourself to draw/see more cards to find more Persistent Petitioners, or it can be used on an opponent with too many cards in hand, to make them mill their library faster.  But once you flicker it, the previously exiled cards are gone forever... so if you target an opponent, they will get the last exiled cards back if Induced Amnesia goes to the grave, so it might be good to switch back and forth between you and an opponent, flickering it every turn with Brago, trying to minimize the chances it gets destroyed on an opponent's turn.

Sun Quan, Lord of Wu is such an underrated card from 3K... you can still get it for ~$150, while IMO it's one of the strongest cards from the set, and should probably be a $500 card.  I mean it makes all your creatures unblockable!  Who uses any cards from 3K that have horsemanship to potentially block with??  So yeah, they're essentially all unblockable... which is why I put it in my Brago decks, because at a minimum Brago can use it.  But it's only a matter of time before the market realizes it should be a lot more than $150.  The price will eventually go up a lot.  Just sayin...

Use Moon-Blessed Cleric to search for Traveler's Cloak, which both guarantees Brago goes unblocked, as well as it allows you to draw the next enchantment Moon-Blessed Cleric tutors on your next attack/flicker (flicker both).  Just order them correctly on the stack to draw after you search.  Then get Rhystic Study, Parallel Thoughts, Induced Amnesia, etc, and flicker both each time, so you can immediately draw the enchantment Moon-Blessed Clerics tutors.
