Yes, you read that correctly. The deck contains a whopping 97 lands and uses the legendary creature Maelstrom Wanderer as the Commander. A powerful elemental, Maelstrom Wanderer offers two cascade triggers and provides all your creatures with haste. This sets up a whirlwind of synergies and powerful combos in the deck.
The main goal of this deck is to cast Maelstrom Wanderer, triggering cascade to find Risen Reef and Zendikar's Roil. Risen Reef's ability allows you to look at the top card of your library whenever an Elemental enters the battlefield. If it's a land card, you can put it onto the battlefield tapped. If not, it goes into your hand.
On the other hand, Zendikar's Roil generates a 2/2 green Elemental creature token whenever a land enters the battlefield under your control. As you can see, these two cards in combination with Maelstrom Wanderer can quickly lead to a formidable army of Elementals on the battlefield.
