In general :
Blue is here to draw, (except for Murmuring Mystic, who's here to fill the board).
Red is here to blast creatures and opponents.
There's two decks possible to play here : one mostly based on combo with the mainboard, and another mostly based on aggro and spamming with the sideboard.
To play combo, you'll need to use only the mainboard. The trick is to place creatures before casting sorceries/instant, in order to trigger creature's effect and get some attack/defense buffs (with Adeliz, the Cinder Wind or Wee Dragonauts), blast (with Guttersnipe) or fill the board (with Murmuring Mystic). Goblin Electromancer is obviously here to help casting more spells in one turn.
The other deck is much more aggro. Ditch every creatures of the mainboard, and use every card of the sideboard.
Here, it's not complicated. Spam sorceries/instants everytime you can (but care to don't waste them) because you'll need to place as fast as possible Enigma Drake and Crackling Drake and get them as huge as possible. It's your primary damage source, with Ghitu Lavarunner helping in early or when creatures are lacking, and blast. Ral, Izzet Viceroy is cool in this deck (like Search for Azcanta) because it sends a spell directly into the graveyard. It can power up our little drakes, just like SfA. It's also usefull in the first deck, so feel free to ditch a card to place it. For the Ionize in the sideboard, it's a choice to make because we have 1 card left to add without it. I chose Ionize because we'll need control to temporize the arrival of our drakes, but it's a choice to make.
