After watching Day9 attempt to make a monowhite deck with nyx lotus I decided that it sounded like fun and attempted to make my own version. After playtesting for the day it ended up going 16-4.
The only losses were either a shortage of land or too much land. The deck is designed for best of one (bo1). The idea behind the deck is to use Nyx Lotus to make a lot of mana and funnel that mana into dawn of hope to make a lot of 1/1 dudes as well as get us card draws.
We win on swings with a giant Alseid with all that glitters, or all that glitters on our Arcanist Owl. This is further helped by having Angelic Exaltation out on the field and lots of 1/1's from dawn of hope. After playing the deck I would probably swap out the Heliod for another Angelic Exaltation. There is only 1 heliod because that is all I had available and most times it felt bad and I really wanted the exaltation instead.
