This deck looks to mill the opponent quickly with Ruin Crab
, Tasha's Hideous Laughter
, and Maddening Cacophony
. It's effective at stalling using Zulaport Duelist
, Bubble Snare
, and Glacial Grasp
. You can always find what you need thanks to Deliberate
, Silundi Vision
, and Solve the Equation
. The curve is low so it runs 20 basic islands along side the 4 Silundi Visions. Tasha's Hideous Laughter exiles an average of about 15 cards per cast, but can exile upwards of 20 against low-to-the-ground aggro decks. This deck ends games faily quickly so you almost never want to try to kick Maddening Cacophony. Just casting it for 2 when you can should do the trick. If you can mill multiple times in 1 turn it's usually best to cast Tasha's Hideous Laughter first because any lands on top won't add to the mana value limit.
