Because who doesn't love to indulge their inner Timmy and beat people in the face with really big things? Just got through Platinum with this. (no big feat I know, though I'm happy about doing it in the mono-Omnath/Uro-tribal meta, heh).
Sideboard is a bit of a work in process still. The inscriptions are there as kind of a catch all, either to remove things, buff things to get out of range of damage-based removal, etc. Cling to dust is there as an additional backup method of exiling Uro or other GY recursion threats.
This list is probably fairly ban-proof, I'd think. Nothing that's in it seems likely to be on the ban list, and it should be just as good against post-bans decks, depending on what they ban, of course. Obviously the sideboard will change some once the bans happen, but the main deck should mostly stay pretty much the same.
Anyway, if you use it, leave a comment and let me know how it went!
Edit: Updated it for post-ban environment. I expect Temur Adventures to just add in omnath and change the mana base slightly. So, now 2 gemrazers main instead of the 2 eat to extinctions, which were there largely to give a permanent Uro answer. The gemrazers do dual duty of removing clovers and making some of the smaller troops larger, if they're not needed as enchant/equipment removal. Also did -1 Harbinger +1 Thirst, since with Sultai neutered, there'll be less black around, and with the eat to extinctions gone, I wanted at least one more planeswalker removal main.
In any case, for the 3 or 4 people playing standard who *aren't* playing Omnath, let me know how this goes if you try it?
