The deck I ended up running was orzhov with a red splash. I didn't have high hopes, and after losing the first game I though "oh well, probably a 0-2 and the run is over". Somehow I won the next games to net my first 5 win result in trad draft. I think the key was getting the most out of some high variance cards eg. I was able to steal game one of match 6 by using macabre mockery on ravager worm to take out a 5/5 blocker and swing for lethal.
I named it Mardu win cons because I decided that revival//revenge and act of treason were mainly for winning the game outright rather than affecting the board state. I would relegate act of treason to the sideboard after match one - I would bring it in against big creature decks like the one I face in round 6.
Here's the deck broken down into different packages - the numbers at the top of each section represent where I started to cut cards, or account for cards that show up in multiple packages eg. fireblade artist got cut early because I decided red would only be a splash colour, and a 2/2 haster isn't worth it if you can't play him on turn 2 consistently:
