The idea is that you proliferate to kaya's emblem, then you cast one of your extra turn cards. On the upkeep of the extra turn, you use kaya's emblem to cast the extra turn spell from your graveyard (or exile) and take another turn. Hopefully with 29 lands you can get enough mana to do all of that.
