After the bans everyone has pretty much written Lukka, Coppercoat Outcast off as a dead card. I wanted to change that and build a deck around him showing he is still very much a threat in the meta. I decided to make Jeskai control and use Lukka, to pull everyone's favorite Azorious Flyer, Dream Trawler from the deck.
I am running several board wipes and counter magic to allow myself to control the board to setup Lukka and Trawler. There is also Elspeth Conquers Death to bring needed cards back from the graveyard to my hand. I opted for 2 Time Wipe because sometimes I just wanted to wipe my opponents board with a Dream Trawler out. Shatter the sky just didn't fit the bill because it would kill my Trawler as well.
The deck currently doesn't have a sideboard but I will be working on it and will release a best of three version of this deck in the near future. It will require some more play testing and for the meta to kinda settle so I know what I'm weak against.
