On paper it sounds like it's trying to do too many things and risks bieng a jack of all trades, but it has enough card draw effects that cost 1 mana and/or are repeatable that it can often dig its way toward having at least two flavors of insanity in hand at any point.
That's when opponents play the game out, anyway. I love this deck, but opponents will concede against it pretty early--and I understand. She's a very snowbally, very explosive commander and I'll concede against her pretty early too if I'm on the other side of the table playing something else and she gets going. If you want long games of Magic, this might not be the deck for you.
