This deck is centered around using Paradox Engine
to combo with our commander Acererak the Archlich
and manarocks to make infinite ETB venturing into the Lost Mine of Phandelver
to drain the oponent with dark pool, make infinite mana with treasures or extra manarocks, and draw our deck untill we find one of our many tutors we have to get another piece like Aetherflux Reservoir
or Bontu's Monument
to kill our oponents faster. The tutors also help to get Paradox Engine, or if you have it already manarocks like Gilded Lotus
to get the combo easily assembled.
We're using the alchemy version of Acererak, but since we don't plan to keep it on board, it doesn't matter to us, so there's no difference if we use the alchemy version for Historic Brawl queue or the normal version for Friendly Challenges (yeah, lovely arena bugs)
