All in cycling combo deck using new perspectives and shadow of the grave, using teferis tutelage to mill the oponent out, or thassas oracle and win by cycling the entire deck. shadow of the grave helps avoid bricking by returning cycled cards from the graveyard to the hand.
Viziers should be saved to untap lands to have access to shadow of the grave the turn new perspectives comes down, shefet monitor generates 1 aditional mana when new perspectives is down and can be used to ramp to help get new perspectives down faster
dranith stingers are in the deck to cycle and act as emergency blockers, its not recomended to try and win by using them to ping down the oponent.
hieroglyphic illumination should be saved to cast untill it can be cycled for free
its preferable to use viziers to untap lotus field but if the combo pieces are present it can be used on normal lands
between the viziers and the monitors, 8 (no lotus field + 4 basics still in deck)-16(lotus field +4 basics) aditional untapped mana can be generated once new perspectives is down, its important to be aware of how many basics are still in the deck and how many viziers have already been cycled.
land base could probably use some more tweaking, balancing act between having enough cycle lands and lands that come into play untapped is tough with no tectonic reformation in the format
