Pretty straight forward Esper control deck.
Countervailing Winds/Spell Pierce/Syncopate can be swapped with Censor for some better counters if you are up against approach decks often (yuck) but I recommend keeping Censor or at least Countervailing Winds for cycling if you choose to run Teferi over Liliana
Teferi can be swapped in over Liliana if you tend to not get any creatures in your own graveyard, the deck does quite well to fill opponent graveyard for Scarab god but the swap is fairly situational and having untapped lands for counters against a mirror, approach, or standard U/B control deck can be nice.
Lyra dawnbringer can be swapped in to replace Angel of Sanctions if you would prefer the life link. I might say run Liliana over Teferi if you choose Lyra over Angel of Sanctions.
I wouldn't take the land situation too seriously, I myself have not had any big troubles getting proper mana on board with the current set-up but feel free to tweak as you see fit, if you find something better, I'd love to hear about it.
