Get Escape Protocol on the field. Keep four mana open.
When your opponent plays a spell, counter using Frilled Mystic.
Keep multiple cycle-capable cards in your hand and cycle them to blink Frilled Mystic at 1 mana, and counter the spell. If you have more than one Escape Protocol on the field, you only have to pay the 1 mana per Escape Protocol. Meaning you can blink TWO cards for one card cycling.
Your opponent will be unable to do anything as long as you can have cycle-capable cards in your hand.
You can use Boon of the Wish-Giver to draw more cards if you need them, or use Scholar of the Ages to return two of them to your hand (you can blink Scholar too, to get two more out of the graveyard), or use Thassa's Oracle to look at the top X cards of your library, to help you hunt for Escape Protocol. This is also a potential win condition if the match has been going on long enough that your library is low on cards -- as long as you more devotion that cards in your library, you will win the match.
Finally, you can also use Dream Eater to bounce a creature back to their hand if it's causing you problems. Then surveil 4 to help you get cycle-capable cards ready to counter the creature when it's being summoned back to the field.
