62% winrate out of 1600+ games. Your standard pile is going to be Omniscience, Scholar of the Lost Trove and Mind's Desire. Opponent will almost always give you Scholar and Desire - which is what you really want anyway. The Omniscience is just a scare tactic that rarely gets played. ALWAYS put Scholar on the stack first then Desire. That way you get 1 more storm count and the Desire is in the graveyard when scholar resolves allowing you to cast Desire again. From there just keep chaining Mind's Desires until you have a high enough storm count and you've found your Tendrils ftw.
UPDATED ~ Added 1 copy of invoke justice as a backup for when you draw the Omniscience and still need to bluff. Yes, 61 is correct for this list.
