Concentrate in counter and remove the keycards of opponent's deck and gain time to put him out of resources.
Try to put Drowned Secrets
first to acelerate the process.
It's not a "Tier x" deck but is able to win a lot of games against the standard meta decks as a surprise element and solid sideboard pieces.
