Goal is to hit with Thief of Sanity to steal opp. threats, chip away with Kefnet or ETG, or get Liliana / Ugin to stick
Blast Zone is MVP in WAR, cleanly deals with mono-blue aggro / Esper Control as it dodges counters
Kefnet is solid, a recursive threat that passively generates Card Advantage whether he's removed or not. Narset / Azcanta may occasionally place him on the bottom of your deck, but often this is after he's baited repeated removal out of your opponent so Thief of Sanity or Lili can stick
Sideboard in counters in place of Thief for Match 2 /3 so opp.'s removal draws are mostly dead, also included Augur of Bolas + Moment of Craving for aggro matchups where you need to draw removal but not sold on this package. Sideboard has a solid 10 in negate / disdainful stroke / duress / unmoored ego, it's just those five cards that feel.. underwhelming? Needs further revision.
Maybe move Ugin to sideboard, bump him up to 2x, add another Lili mainboard? Lili is fantastic against mid-range but feels as if Ugin performs better in the control mirrors when he can stick. If we really want to go slow and janky, maybe a Crucible of Worlds to keep recurring Blast Zone.
