Learn more Download For WindowsThis is working right now. Divide by Zero is necessary for a Hullbreaker Horror meta, and probably should be 4x in the future. Geralf, Visionary Stitcher is great for blowing out spot removal or just getting over the top of other decks. Probably doesn't need to be in the maindeck, though, I just have 1x to try him out. I'd just swap for another Divide by Zero. Headless Rider gives you gas against sweepers. Meathook Massacre can close out a game by just saccing all your creatures. Champion of the Perished is a devestating 1-drop, Jadar, Ghoulcaller of Nephalia gives you endless exploit targets and grows you champion each turn. Fell Stinger really brings the deck together, providing a draw spell, nice 3/2 deathtouch threat, and exploit synergy with Skull Skaab. Skull Skaab is interesting - sometimes it's correct to just sac itself to the exploit to pump your Champion by getting 3 zombies out in a turn.
I think the right move is to stay low and then Overcharged Amalgam can blow out a sweeper or blocker and add 3 damage over the top for the win. If we had any synergy at all for Dungeon Crawler that might be worth it. I am avoiding Necroduality, it feels like it's too expensive and it's just not worth taking the turn off. Narfi, the Betrayer King is interesting, but I don't think it's worth running snow lands.
If this deck becomes a format staple, Crippling Fear and Cinderclasm will be our biggest fear. I love an aggro deck with some blue so we can run Negate in the sideboard. It's no Geistlight Snare or Lofty Denial but it's the big advantage of blue aggro decks. Seems like they might not print Essence Scatter for awhile, which I think is good for the metagame.
