This is a mean deck I came up with after facing 3 land destruction decks in a row one day in brawl. There are a few plays to look out or if using this deck. Lithoform Engine
is huge if you can get it out early, being able to copy the triggers from Golos, Tireless Pilgrim
is generally enough to put you over the top.
Fall of the Thran
+ Heroic Intervention
+ Disenchant
(or similar enchantment removal) is another game-ending combo, yes it requires 3 cards, but with the mana this deck produces it is not hard to hardcast this combo from hand if all three pieces have been acquired. The ideal situation for the previous combo though is to pull all 3 off a Golos, Tireless Pilgrim activation.
Tezzeret the Schemer
is about the only planeswalker you really want to see in your opener as his +1 can help ramp or fix mana, Nicol Bolas, Dragon-God
can be acceptable as well IF you have the mana/ramp to get him or Golos, Tireless Pilgrim out on curve, getting at least Golos out on turn 4 or 5 can allow you to fetch The World Tree
which then fixes your mana to cast Bolas.
Unless you already have The World Tree in hand, it should ALWAYS be the first land fetched with your Commander.
