and Glorious Protector
can exile non-Angel creatures when they enter the battlefield. Croaking Counterpart
creates a Frog token of them, then Mirror Image
/Glasspool Mimic
/Spark Double
creates real-card versions of those Frogs, which can exile themselves/each other in an infinite loop of flickering. Corpse Knight
then sees each of these ETB events and drains the opponent of life for each one.
Be afrog. Be very afrog.
