I was just toying with an idea and it became out of control. BUT I am not a great deck builder so tips on improving it futher is welcome please. Also the main idea is as normal (Now) Scute Swarm and mutate onto it asap as the copies it makes are of the TOP mutated Creature ALLLLLL of its stas and IT'S MANA cost for Ugins -X.
