The Evolution Sage and Fertilid combo can pull all the lands out of your deck and proliferate everything very quickly. If you have Simic Ascendency out the combo can win you the game. I've won that way in commander before but wanted to try it in Arena. Try to have Garruk out on the board because he will Ult in 2 proliferations and still be around with 1 loyalty. Constrictor doubles everything. This combo also gets Taborax to lifelink pretty quickly. I threw in Vizier because I figured it would be cool if we could proliferate -1 counters on the opponent's creatures
