Add at least 100 different cards to your collection and set it as your Compare Collection on the manage page to see what cards from this deck you are missing.

Learn more Download For WindowsThe traditional mono red plan, go as quick and hard as you can and beat the opponent down before he knows what happened. Aggressive decks are at their strongest at the beginning of a new meta and now that we are here, get your hands on one of the best builds. Great for grinding quick matches of Best of one in MTG Arena but also good for tournament play.
This deck is as low-curve as it gets in Guilds of Ravnica. Runaway Steam-Kin really shines in a deck where you can burn creatures and keep upgrading him with +1/+1 counters. Remember that his max stats are 4/4 and that he has a secondary ability which may be very relevant. Using three counters to make 3 mana can help you burn those final life points away from the opponent or help to empty your hand for a Flame of Keld. Also, take note that the red spell you cast with mana generated from him will put a +1/+1 counter back! With this guy I also like to keep my Shocks turn 1 to help building, unless there is a mana dork on the field that needs to die.
Risk Factor is a spicy new card in the red arsenal and it is better than the old Browbeat. With instant speed, it never feels good having to take 4 to the face at the end of turn just knowing that it comes back again with Jump-start as soon as you pass.
The sideboard is made for the mirror aggro match with 3 Diamond Mare, We use 2 Rekindling Phoenix and a Mountain to go longer games where we need more resilience. Lava Coil for graveyard decks and Fight with Fire for midrange decks with high toughness creatures. We are also experimenting with Experimental Frenzy in longer games.
