DeckHub Twitch Extension

The only thing I haven't gotten to really work well are the mystic forges.
I don't know if it's just my games, but by the time I get one in play, the game is already pretty decided.
I'm sure it's probably me playing them too late or the decks I'm playing against, but it seems to be a win more kind of card instead of a game changing card.
What am I missing?
