This is my submission for the fan submitted decks. This is my Melek combo deck. The deck features 0 creatures aside from Melek.
The key to winning is for Melek to be on the field and using Protues Staff on him. This will cycle through the whole deck allowing you to setup your library however you wish.
There is a standard stack to use when going off, and this is how I normally stack it, with variations to meet whatever scenario is going on.
Gitaxian probe, Force of Will, blue card, High tide (and make sure you don't forget to float your mana in response to the untap effects), Snap, Frantic search, Doubling cube, Sphinx-bone wand, Strionic resonator, whatever, Seething song. it is at this point you play out doubling cube, double your mana in your pool. then Turnabout your artifcats usually followed by Past in flames, cast all your necessary spells again to net a massive amount of mana. For the win you then cast the Banefire on top of your deck to kill at least 2 people. then flash it back to deal almost lethal to the third. and finish off the last opponent on their upkeep with Lava dart that way you do not lose a point for killing everyone in the same turn. You could also put Explosion as a way to kill 2 oppenents and have a third be milled.
And all of this can be done off of two untapped islands after your staff Melek. So long as you have at least 5 or more islands.
